Friendly Broccoli Salad
Ingredients
5 c chopped broccoli
1/2 c nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbs balsamic vinaigrette
2 tbs sunflower seeds
1/4 c golden raisins
2 tbs balsamic vinaigrette
2 tbs sunflower seeds
1/4 c golden raisins
Directions: Chop, toss, & serve!
Notes: Throw in any extra veggies you have, like grated carrots or squash, to mix it up.
